Richards D - Great choice, No chance of securing him
Wells J - Not nearly RCs success
Oshea C - Not nearly RCs success
Ventner B - Not nearly RCs success, little int. callup experience
Ryan D - Not nearly RCs success
Mallinder J - You're kidding, right ?

Of the "star" bought in Tigers coaches, which achieved more than RC ?

Hoe are you measuring RC's success? HC and Premiership title wins?

I was kidding with Mallinder - although............

So it has to be Deano!

Or for RWA who went to boarding school - unlike me - Richards D.

The coaching stints of Richards D and Howard P were of an era when English teams seemed to have the lions share of the cash, the only place a southern hemisphere player thought of playing rugby was in England and they were not hamstrung by the salary cap or playing second fiddle to the rather large bank accounts afforded to the clubs in France.....just saying

It would appear first names are not used in a similar way some find it amusing to blend people's names into one word, e.g. Randrew or Slancaster.

Overall, to paraphrase a comment attributed to Abraham Lincoln, 'You can disgruntle some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot disgruntle all of the people all of the time.'
Whatever you do, don't argue. We might never hear from you again.

Not sure I agree with all your interpretations. Like you I certainly don't see Deano returning as DOR - certainly not under the current board.
The suggestion that that O'Shea & Ventnor have not nearly achieved RC's successes? Well both have won the League. The LV cup is meaningless and none have won the European cup.
Connor O'Shea seems to have been pretty successful given the funds available - would have been my choice for England head coach although i would bet his next job is with Ireland.
Ventner - I don't doubt his abilities but would you want him near your club?
Dean Ryan - tried tested & not made it as yet. A bit part for Scotland is likely to be his coaching peak but I do rate him as an objective pundit/commentator.
Wells - part of a failed England set up and not much more to commend him. Indeed of that England era only Wiggy comes out with his reputation intact.
Mallinder - unproven thus far. I do rate his choice of forwards coach!

Comment from Peter Wheeler to me in a private conversation shortly after Deano "throwing a sulk" : "He will be back"!

Were you at the Legends dinner? With whom did Deano sit?

About as reliable as Manu is definitely going to Saints!!!
Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.
