This was posted on a wild trout fishing forum I belong to,most of the Scots found it both accurate and funny.
Seems "Wee 'eck" Salmond has no sense of humour.

It reminds me of when Dave Lee Travis railed against the portrayal on Harry Enfield os Smashy and Nicey.

It was a harmless bit of comedy, but by moaning about it, Travis showed himself up to be a sad washed-out lump of flesh.

This is a particular strata of London society. It's not a very attractive strata.
Tut, tut. 'Strata' is the plural of 'stratum'.
