Sale v Leicester
Leicester travel to Sale in the Aviva Premiership hoping to build on their emphatic win against Gloucester in the LV Cup. Anything is possible.

Looking at the weather it could be very wet...........urgh Stockport on a horrible Friday night, I hope the lads are really up for it as Sale are performing pretty well at home.tigermad wrote:

Sale looked a fairly decent team during the world cup period, however now teams have there internationals back i think they will start to slip back down the league.
Admittedly Sale away on a crappy Friday Night is a tough ask for any team but i genuinely think we will come away with a win.
Tigers by 8 points.

Tigers traditionally don't travel north very well,Sale and often Falcons have proved to be bogey fixtures in the past.We laid one of those to bed this year, lets hope they can do Sale this coming week and come away with some points.
"If you want entertainment, go to the theatre," says Edinburgh head coach Richard Cockerill. "Rugby players play the game to win.15/1/21.

A lot of the problems are down to 5 or 6 day turnarounds.
Not a concern on this occasion.

If it is very wet pizza could well be on the menu
Thinking about it it more depends on how many front row we have and how fit they are.
PS Good to see you back in action Tigermad.

I for one live not too far from Stockport so I'm going to this match. My anticipation of this match is so high I feel I want to run out onto Edgeley Park and rip into the Sharks myself. I should expect, no hang on I demand that the Tigers that run out onto the pitch on friday night rip into the Sharks with such ferocity that a Tigers win will be inevitable. The fight back starts here!

Not as far as I know, but some teams (OK, one team) does appear to have ways of resolving their front row problemsArtuin wrote:GS do we have front row problems then?

If its going to be wet, can anyone ask Sean Edwards for the pizza restaurant number? Might get a reduction if we pre book! Oh hang on... Tigers can play in the wet! Cancel the pizza

I think this could be a tight game, for all the reasons other posters have mentioned, but will be more than happy for Tigers to win at Sale by a point.
