All the normal stuff, banter, beatings, weights etc etc.
Then this
When I got back on Monday, it was straight into some speed testing with the squad and I’m glad to say that I did quite well. I was fourth quickest over 40 metres, from a standing start
So who were the first 3? Would have to say Ashton would probably be tops, but with Ben Youngs out after his knee op, can't think of many who could be quicker than Foden.

Any ideas?
Foden himself said that Monye is quickest in the squad (Last Q&A). Strettle, Cueto and Croft arn't exactly slow either. I thought Croft is quicker than Youngs anyway.
Players like Monye, Croft and Banahan will all be quick over 100m but I doubt they would have the explosive pace over 40m like Strettle, Simpson, Ashton and Foden.
One thing is for absolute sure and that is that neither of our first choice centres will be anywhere near the quickest over 40m, 100m or any distance!!!

I reckon Manu is quickest over 100m if the path was blocked by brick walls!

Oh I don't know, my money would be firmly on Tindall in a race to the burger van
