I have just read on the Leicester Mercury that Aaron Mauger will start at fly half against South Africa.

that's interesting - probably means 12Ts will play as we will need a kicker...

cant tuqiri kick? if so leave 12trees on the bench and start him at 10 for the leeds game. Staunton deserves a rest.

Cockers is quoted as saying Tuqiri will make his debut from the bench against SA - if so there is sense in playing 12Ts from the start I would have thought but I may be proved wrong!!

Or Cocker opts to give Ben Youngs the kicking duties from 9?

Or he simply asks Aaron to kick. He is afterall a pretty acomplished kicker himself you know! Remember that he has kicked for the ABs in the past.

Tuqiri has never place kicked for Australia. Not sure if he ever took place kicks at club level though.

Mauger, J Murphy and Hamilton are all competent goal kickers.

Could see Ben Youngs showcase his new kicking skills. (Thankyou Dupuy for the idea!)

Or we may see Billy12T at centre. Or Johne could kick. Or even Mauger could kick! Also saw a video of Lote slotting a 48m kick.

12t can also play at 10 as he got many of his appearences for bedford there and is also a very competent kicker and near enough took over kicking duties from pritchard whilst he played for the blues

12T seems to have all the necessary skills for a 10 - but I wonder whether it's too much to expect him to start there against the World Champions (albeit a second string side).

many blues fans thought he was better at 10 than 12 because he would take on players and also use teh centres and you don't see many 10's taking on players and making a breakthrough.

With Flood and Vesty he is unlikely to get much game time at 10. His best bet is 12 or 13, and maybe play 10 off the bench.
