Oscars

Post by G.K »

From the Ospreys forum.

Hibbard in best actor category (victim sub-category).

Henson in best supporting actor category (drunkard sub-category (2nd nomination)).

Jon Humphreys in best script writer category (never let the facts get in the way of the truth sub-category).

Ospreys Management in most feeble apology category (mealy mouthed sub-category).

Shane Williams in best stuntman category (diving sub-category).

I think you will find that the particular thread in mention was posted by a Tigers fan ..... could it be you ?

Good attempt at a wind up, and if you (original postee) think it wont attract suitable responses then you are misguided.

What exactly did you (the original postee) hope to achieve with that post ?

Time we moved on ... quite a while ago .....

Tircoeds

Most regretably, as I have posted elsewhere, the Tincu, White, Corry issues will not just "go away" IMHO.

To a degree, barsons humour may indeed be helpful in enabling us to move on, and forget that:

CNOSF ruled that Tincu's ban was unenforceable in T14;

Ospreys management accused White of gouging in a public Press Conference despite the fact that the citing officers found no evidence of this in either match;

The subsequent citing of Corry resulted in the disciplinary procedures being shown to be at best unfortunate and at worst ridiculous. He did not gouge. He did not punch. He got a six week ban.

It is for ECR and IRB to sort out these fiascos.

And for Ospreys Management and WRU to consider it's position.

Meanwhile I am happy that barson can inject some humour in.

I wonder why?

Can't be me - I hadn't posted on it!!!

Yes it was locked very quickly. Now either that would be on the advice of the Lawyers, or more worringly, because the Taffs have lost their sense of humour and lacked a suitable riposte, the wimps.

Barson,

There is a response, as you are probably aware, but rather than let it degenerate into name calling and so on, it would appear a mod has locked the thread ..... there have been enough of these in recent times.

Though the stuntman award for Shane is somewhat amusing.

I should have thought that the Spreys are currently ignoring legal advice.

Otherwise they would have issued an unqualified apology to Julian.

Tircoeds - There was one humourous response followed by a response from one of the biggest tonkers on the 'Spreys forum, or indeed any forum (you know who I mean).

BW - So the second theory it is then.

Not sure about that barson.

You've started a quality debate there from the responses so far, muppets.
