In a word YES.

RFU have no agreement with T14 for long release of players which the squad system covers due to agrrement with PRL.

It would be the same for an EQP playing in Scotland Wales or Ireland.

Presumably that means he is available for selection (club commitments/permission allowing) for England, despite not being part of the EPS?

If Foode lines up at 10, HRH at 12 and Noon at 13, the Italians are going to have to go the long way round to the tryline, aren't they?

I dont think he is technically an england elite player, i think theyr letting him know that if the youngsters screw up again hes the next in line to wilko thrown lol. And i agree he is probably there to help advise and coach cips n flood too. :smt039

Thrown??? You mean Throne?

Does Wilko have one?

Wilko (permanently injured); Cips (unreliable); Flood (inexperienced); Goode ( in excellent form).

Methinks Johnno is being pragmatic!!

I hope he plays for England and does well. It will be one in the eye for all the Goode knockers on here. At least he played with passion for the Tigers, won many close games for us and put his body on the line and never let his head drop or hide when he made mistakes which is more than I can say for the current team bar a few.
Come on Goodey
Of course this is my own opinion and other posters may have a different perceived factual viewpoint.

Perhaps unlike Tigers Jonno realises that he hasn't got a world class goal kicker in his squad.

I cannot understand why we don't train someone to kick penalties and put them out on the wing where they wont have to do anything difficult like catch the ball or indeed anything.
