First part of the equation confirmed.
Best of luck to both of them.

All the very best to both of them.
Trying to secure a return to the premiership for Leeds will be a serious challenge and they will undoubtedly relish it.
Whatever happened with Backy and Marcelo, I hope Neil makes a terrific success of his coaching career. I wish a few more of the 2003 RWC winning squad would get involved in coaching. Some, of course, have taken the easy media money, but the next generation of players should get the chance to learn from members of England's most successful side.
Thanks for everything Neil. The dedication and commitment you showed over so many years is hugely appreciated.

So it's true then.
Neil Back is my favourite player of all time. His achievements as a player are, in the true sense of the word, legendary. I wish him the very best of fortune.
His international playing career did not get off to a flying start as the Powers-that-be thought him too small and unsuited to the job but perhaps his coaching career will blossom in the same way, once it is recognised what his attributes are.
After some time cutting his teeth at Leeds, I would like to hope that his coaching career is as long and successful as his playing one.
Cheers, Backy. Thanks for the memories.

HAD TO BE
Yes I wish Back and Key all the best.
They have both been terrific servants to the club, but amputation was needed..
I am surprised Cockerill is still in his berth though, I hope he can be a productive member of the new coaching setup...

Wow! That was unexpected - well, to me it was.
