I'm sure I saw Abbot and something else in The Last Plantagenet for less than £2.

I was in some quite modern pub in the middle of Hinckley and got a pint of Pedigree and quite a bit of change from 2 quid.

Either very cheap or the Lithuanian bint behind the bar couldn't operate the compooter terminal right.

I think that would be the Baron with a great looking range of beers that nearly all taste like urine (or at least how I would imagine urine to taste). I only take the bottled stuff from there now as I’m so fed up with being disappointed.

It is a problem when pubs stock some really nice ale but (a) don't know how to look after it and (b) don't sell enough.

The result is that you get a pint that's been stagnating in the pipes for hours and hours.

Tell me about it.

On holiday in Scotland I had a bad pint of "heavy".

I was very churned up in the Gorbals area.

I've been known to suffer from a dodgy pint now and again as well.

Usually the ninth or tenth.

most expensive - £3.70 (i think, i was in shock at the time) pint at Twickenham. Just beat Wembley prices.
Cheapest, any sam smiths pub. Goats heads in Oxford 1.90 a pint. Uni bars as well.

Is Barnsley STILL £1.46 in the Bard's Bonce?

I know it used to be but I've not been in there for quite some time.
