As the rumour mill grinds on Marcelo's future really does look bleak. If these reports are anything to go by and they've quoted the fella correctly, his tone and choice of words certainly look to a change of head coach over the summer.
His comment of... ''I want to do my best to remain at the club, but decision is not mine of course." certainly doesn't sound positive to me, more ominous.
After the failure to beat The Falcons and the slimmest of mathematical chances of making the playoffs I'm not too sure how I feel about him leaving if that is the case.
Speculation and that great British Trait of kicking a man when he is down.

I would say that the recent approaches made to both Muir and Fletcher, back up Marcelo's comment about the board searching for a backs coach to assist him. I think that's what they're doing. I expect ML to stay.
So who else could be in the running for the job as specialist backs coach?

I agree with SabreTooth, was just about to post the same thing myself.
With Fletcher's name being mentioned could that be a reason why Flood and Woods are so keen to come?
Catt's name has also been mentioned as a backs coach, and got a fairly positive reception on here, but I seem to remember Irish were pretty unhappy at the thought of us "tapping-up" their coaches/players.
