Very unlucky with the amount of injuries he has sustained. One of englands better centres worth an england call up?

Ollie

He's trawling to see what comes up! If he wasnt already a Tiger he'd say that he's had an enquiry from Leicester!
Nice bloke, getting back to his best. Marcello likes him too I think. I'd want to play beside Aaron M if I was him. Dont bet on Ollie not resigning at Tigers!
He's doing well again now. No need to go elsewhere.

Hope he stays-I've always rated him, though he's never recovered from the death of his farther. An unfufilled talent ATM, and hes now down the order here. MAybe a move would do him good.

I've been critical of him in the last couple of seasons, but from what I've seen this season he seems to be getting back to somewhere near his brilliant best.

I guess a question he has to ask himself is how much game time he will get because we seem to have a number on international players at centre now, plus some others who are are decent squad players.

Well, while Ollie is a great player, Hipkiss is better, and therefore should start, so i doubt Ollie will want to stay. Don't think he's England Standerd yet, but if he plays constant 1st team Club rugby theres no reason he cant be. Doubt it will be at leicester though

it was Clermont Auvergen lis - check out my comment on the story. Earlier this season (and last when ollie was nearing the end of his contract) we were linked with Matt Tait as a replacement and with Johne Murphy playing so well on the Wing tait could well be a good option to cover 13 and 15, however i would expect especially after the world cup and this 6 nations that tait will be on big moneys.

i do still hope Ollie stays - but maybe a one or 2 year jaunt at a french club and then a return to tigers could do him the world of good - see stephen jones to clermont and back, he was incredible when he returned, sometimes players just need that little bit of a push in the right direction.

I don't think either Ollie or Dan are yet deserving of the tag 'great'. Right now, I would actually have Ollie marginally ahead.

really Daily? i'd still have hipkiss wearing 13 over Ollie, but still like you say it is marginal and Ollie could quite happily take the shirt back, it's all a bit subjective i guess.

My choice would be for crowbar at 13 ahead of Ollie but I certainly wouldn't complain at Smith's selection were ML to opt for him instead in a starting XV.

I hope Ollie stays - he has had such a traumatic time personally over the last few years.

It would be nice for the club to give him a nice new contract especially as he at last beginning to come back in form and confidence.

Welcome back to the Ollie of old (I hope)

I think 12 & 13 could be Ollie and Danny for now as Aaron Mauger still clearly isnt match fit yet. Leave him as the one to come off the bench and try and make an impact!
Come on Tigers!!!

Ollie wasn't treated right last season by our then head coach, however everyone can clearly see that he is florishing with Loffreda.

By the way Ollie has been playing this season, he is IMHO, playing far better rugby than Hipkiss and as far as I'm concerned Well Deserves to be in the first XV, over DH.

Well done Ollie, like hundreds of other supporters I'd be absolutely gutted if you left the Club.

A question for Dave Angel, is Hipkiss still called CROWBAR by the team????????? I knew that he was as some of the lads told me, however I'd been interested if that was still the case.
