Who is the funniest comedian alive?
Moderators: Tigerbeat, Rizzo, Tigers Press Office, Tigers Webmaster
I'm in the pro-Izzard camp. Ooops!
I have a tape of one of his old stand-up gigs and I still rock the car laughing when he goes on about being brought up by wolves.
Dara O'Brien is absolutely priceless. So gentle but he can cut you in two pieces if you offend him. Very funny.
I've nothing against Lee Evans but really can't see what the fuss is all about. A Norman Wisdom tribute act, really.

Kicks and scrums and ruck and roll.....Is all my brain and body need!

The funniest original comedians on the circuit at the moment are a threesome called We are Klang.
Highly offensive, sick humour, laugh out loud sketches & original ideas.
They don't seem to tour much & their best stuff never appears on TV (as it is often too offensive for broadcast) so if you get the chance to see them live I thoroughly receommend them.

Energy doesn't mean funny....it just makes him sweat a lot, a hell of a lot.
He is one step away from being covered in greasepaint with a big red nose and I bet his trousers fall down when the Vicar walks in just as he is performing the Hymlic manouevre on the girl in the French maid's outfit and then to top it all of he runs around the stage slapping a small bald man on the head whilst carrying a ladder on his shoulder that nearly takes somones head off each time he turns around.
Ha.........ha........ha.........ha.....and indeed.......ha...!
Mr Grimsdale.....!!

I'm the one in the Tigers shirt on the 22. You can't miss me...!

They were indeed Rizzo! The "Theatre du B***ard" sketch is quite typical of their sytle of humour but probably my favourite is one of their improvised sketches from their live set: "The World Insult Championships."
As a more "family friendly" comedian, Ross Noble has to be my current favourite.
You may have noticed that I prefer the more unusual style of comedian rather than the straight forward gag-merchants.
