Gibson to Glasgow?

Glasgow Warriors are reported to be signing Daryl Gibson, Kelly Brown and Lome Fa'atau for next season.
Today's Herald reports that the Warriors will be signing Gibson, a former All Black, Brown, the Scotland flanker, and Fa'atau, a Samoa international winger.

Sean Lineen, the Glasgow head coach, said yesterday that he could not yet confirm any signings other than those already officially announced.

"We are very hopeful of being able to do so shortly once all the paperwork is in place," he said in The Herald.
I have to say I'm glad he's going to them and not someone we'd be facing in the league. If he's not playing for us, I'd rather not play against him if at all possible!

Best of luck anyway Daryl. Thanks for everything.
Blimey...

Another gratuitous opportunity to have a pop at Dan Parks!!!!!

Why would he want to go to play outside the worst fly half in Europe? A man who makes Brendan Laney seem like a worldbeater and even Burkey look quite reasonable (to be fair Burke was a world class player 7 or 8 years ago).

Hes been great for years and seems like a top bloke but... what an idiot...
A) Scotlands rubbish
B) He shold be backs coach here
C) He'll be going from HK cup finals to also rans in the 'challenge' cup (because its for 'special' clubs)

I hope so. If he goes I don't think it's his choice. I'm sure I read a quote from him saying he was willing to take a massive pay cut because he was so keen to stay.
