Interested to know how many hrs they put in togethr as a squad? anyone know?

5/6 days of id guess 8-9 hours a day? with one day spent as a squad doing team building excercises.

i know it differs from player/position and fitness. 2 of the easy days are the day before and after a game for obvious reason. I know the wasps boys are doing something most days even if its a rest day, even injured players do promotion and stuff like that.

one example is on a matchday when matt dawsom pulled up before the game, he went to sit and watch the warm up and shaun edwards told him to give his son some passing practise!

well according to phil davies scarlets train for 8 to 9 hours A WEEK?

is that unbelievably low or what?
even if they train many hrs alone Id expected top teams to train together for 4 times that amount?
any info?

Surely, it is not physically possible to train 8-9 hours every day.

I think about 15 hours per week is more like it.

Well of course according to the RFU only they have the knowledge and skill to judge how much is appropriate!!
