Buying tickets Online
Hi, I'm season ticket holder but have no idea what to type into the password bit of the login when buying tickets, can anyone help?

You have to register your account with the ticket office by ringing them first, I believe. The setup password is generally your postcode, which you should of course then change to something memorable to you only once your account is registered and you can log in there.

I'm not Dave but i'll answer it anyway.
Basically, because they cannot constantly monitor the website orders & keep the requisite number of tickets in each category to one side. The risk would be that they would promise tickets to someone via the ewbsite & then sell the same ones on the phone or in person.
Websales for WR are easy as they have a seating plan loaded in to the system. They don't have such a plan for Twickenham as our allocation may not all be in one area or easily plottable.
The ticket sales news article says that there will be no web sales so don't waste time trying when that efrort would ultimately go unrewarded.
From the news article:
Tickets can be purchased from the Tigers ticket office by phone or in person. The ticket office hotline is 08701 28 34 30. There are no online sales for this match.
