Not the first time this has happened... until its fixed some hammering of the refresh button seems to do the trick if you get the error message.

Holding the Control key while clicking the Refresh buton is often a good way to clear some of these problems as it forces a full recall to the host.
I used to be indecisive now I just can't make up my mind
