How do you make the thing underneath every post that you make. I would really like to have this on my posts but I don' know how to.

Unless you have to type it every time.

Just click on your 'Profile' - at the top of the page.
2nd section is 'Profile Information' - It's the third item, called 'Signature'.
Plus - make sure that in the next section 'Preferences' - that you choose 'yes' to the sixth item down - 'Always attach my signature:'
