Post by tonytiger »

Hi all - date for quarter final is 15.30 on Sunday, at least it isn't a Friday night.

Its the last quarter final to be played out of the 4 matches, which will mean we will know who we are going to be playing in the semis before the game starts

So the 1/4 final is on April Fools Day is it?

Please feel free to add your own ending to this one.

Playing Sunday means the team get an extra day between Sale match (EDF semi)and Stade match - so better Sunday than Friday.

3.30pm is a decent kick off time (plenty of time for a few beers, and to get to the ground for the build up :D). Much better than early kick off - playing at 12.30(Bath 1/4 last year)didn't help the build up :( .

As an added bonus (to get us in the mood for Sunday) we get to watch the 2 decent games on Friday and Saturday, and can ignore the Biarritz-Northampton match  .

Where will the ticketless people be drinking and watching the game? I come back from uni that weekend, and fancy coming to Leicester for the craic!

What a pain in the @rse.

We travel from Stamford on the train, Central Trains are a proper nightmare on a Sunday. My Dad coaches Stamford Town under 8s where my Nephew plays and they have festival that weekend an will miss it!

Oh well at least sky are happy. Actually in fairness to Sky I think it's Canal + who like to show the french rugby on the Sunday.

3pm on Saturday seems to suit most, but it's a modern world and things change
