Why visiting teams lose at Thomond!!!

Post by outwide »

1.When their bus arrives at the ground, they go holy :censored: I thought this ground only holds 13,500.
2.When they sit in the dressing room the walls shake with the singing of 'stand up and fight'
3.Their reception on the field is 'Munster Munster Munster Munster'
4.At line outs calls cannot be heard and the hooker feels the breaths of Munster fans less than 2 feet from him as he throws.
5.The kicker will never have experienced the silence afforded to him when he is kicking.(ask Charlie Hodgson)
6.Singing of the fields of athenry that would put the 60,000 celtic fans in the mute catagory

Hence its like rabbits in headlights

good analysis outwide

but to summarise

Munster are simply better than everyone.

Thats why we won the HC cup, thats why we have the records like we do this year .

Believe me when I tell you this Nik, the silence is not the same anywhere in the world. When you can hear an old lady closing her windows up the road from the pitch it can be a bit scarey even for the fans

As has previously been said sounds just like Welford Road.

Just one thought even if Munster do go on to retain the trophy they'll only be the 2nd team to do so. That's one that no-one can take away from Tigers.

Prediction Munster 9 Tigers 22

Enjoy the game
Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!

in the first scrummage johnny Hayes is going to have his head shoved up his own backside - all he'll hear will be The London Derry Air (Derier)
