Sent them this message

Post by wolverhampton_tiger »

I've sent them this:-

If it's a reluctant sale why not post a message on www.tigers.co.uk and sell them to a fan at face value. I've got tickets so it's no skin off my nose, but really there are an awful lot of true fans out there who weren't lucky enough to get tickets.

Just think about it and pass them on to a Tigers fan for what you paid for them.

Cheers

Wolverhampton_Tiger

Not sure it'll do any good, but it can't hurt. I'll also be contacting the club tomorrow.

The Buy it Now feature has not been taken off the listing by the seller. On ebay, the BiN feature on any auction goes as soon as an opening bid is placed.

The situation is sad. But people are prepared to bid which doesn't help. You know they are ripping people off when they charge £4.80 to post two tickets! The club, RFUs need to do something about finding out how these people get the tickets, possibly by putting in bids themselves and then following the trail. But are they really bothered? They've got their money.

Plain, straight forward market forces.

Availabilty and people willing to pay. Whatever the club does there will always be those who will try to make money.

I'm not bright enough to see a solution.

Time for someone to register a fake ebay account and snipe it for a ridiculous sum with only seconds to go.

That leaves the pondlife only Wednesday night to sell it again.

How do you know he is a Tigers supporter? Look at the sellers name "foxonway".This could be a Leicester City fan who has acquired these tickets and possibly someone who doesn't care whether true rugby fans have to pay an extortionate amount to get hold of a ticket.

That is probably more likely, as we know that the majority of roundyball fans are moronic types.
