MARTIN CORRY

Post by simon redshaw »

I thought Martin (Cozza) was excellent yesterday, with a number of barnstorming runs, great leadership and all round play and deserved MOM (although Geordan ran him close). He hasn't played for ages, but he was superb.

WELL DONE MARTIN (COZZA)!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Has clearly benefitted from rest.

Bodes well for remainder of season!

He was utterly mesmerising, full of encouragement (!?) for his team and looking mighty fine as a player (and mighty fine generally  )

I guess that is what happens when you let players recover from burnout and have a proper off season rest. What are the odds hey?

Cozza certainly had a good game but the best thing for me was that IMHO there were others who ran him very close for MoM.

Murph, Castro, Moreno, Chuter, Kay, Scott, Seru Gibbo & Cornwell to name but a few, Henry T was good value as well! I'm sure you lot have your views. It was great to see the side looking like it could "click". Something I only saw in patches last season.

Even his war wound on his nose seems to have healed up.

Looks like Jordan Crane at 8 during the internationans then!!!
