Andy Murray's Recent Progress

Post by simon redshaw »

Now, he may not be everyone's cup of tea as a person but there is no doubt that he has had a new lease of life since he took on Brad Gilbert as coach. Andy Murray in recent tournaments has reached one final and one semi-final. Not a tournament win but pretty impressive and has the measure of "Tiger Tim" at the moment.

His recent progress has seen him just beat Roger Federer at the Cincannati Masters. However Federer played, that's no mean feat and an excellent result for Andy Murray. A result that do him a lot of good. Lets hope he keeps it going. Brad Gilbert is an excellent coach and lets hope this is a long and fruitful partnership.

I'm chuffed for him.

Of course, being as he's Scottish I shall naturally support such a fine BRITISH talent. :D
Kicks and scrums and ruck and roll.....Is all my brain and body need!
