Telephone costs

I have just had my bill from BT and although in my package calls to most 0845 numbers etc are free every unanswered call to Tigers cost me 14 - 16p. I made lots of calls trying to get final tickets.

All the numbers at Tigers start with 0844 not 0845 and so are chargeable............not included in call packages

Ummm... you probably missed the "etc" bit in my OP.

Sorry, by the etc....I thought you meant 0870 numbers as well.
