Perhaps the Royals are an example to us. They are clearly fed rich food, but they eat modest portions and try to combine their duties with an outdoor life. And they ain't doing bad.

Perhaps we should all drink gin and dubbonet which I understand is the Queens tipple. Or a cery dry martini which was Queen Mums!
