I fought Arry was gonna get the job of England Manager. Why they talking to this Hodgson geezer?

This is the same authority which failed to appoint Clough, preferring people in better suits, and lead England into a decade of no achievement.

Last time an offer was in the offing he had himself arrested.

This time he arranged for the Spurs form to collapse.

Very shrewd. Who would want to manage England soccer, but who could be seen to say no?

personally, I always had Hodgson in the frame. He's English and got international experience. and he's cheap to get as the pay off to West Brom would be nowhere near what they would have to pay Spurs.
