Mine was a bit disappointing, wren flatly refused to show up and he is always in the garden, not a single starling or thrush, and nothing very interesting. Load of dunnocks

I had intended to do mine today but got distracted halfway through and had to give up. Hopefully will get a full hour tomorrow to count etc.

Last year the sparrowhawk showed up and everything else vanished for the remainder of the time...

I've had an owl, wren, robbin, blue tit, great tit in my garden today.

We have the usual fly past by giant overfed Bridlington seagulls that hum overhead like Lancaster bombers, plump territorial robins that try to shew off all other birds.

One barn owl.

Just finished, slightly disappointing. Mostly wood pigeons (15 at one go) rooks, jackdaws and magpie. Sparrowhawk male put in brief appearance. Other than that, the only points of interest were a wren going under the shed several times, and 3 robins chasing and scrapping round the garden, and displaying madly.
Heard the greater spotted woodpecker drumming from the copse at the end of the road, (sign of spring!) but as it didn't come into the garden or land on the fence, it doesn't count.
Small birds like greenfinch, chaffinch, blue and great tits etc are definitely down in numbers in my garden.
