Must say I love my chosen alcoholic drinks but abhor getting drunk - can't see the point in buying stuff that tastes so good and not being in a state to actually taste and enjoy it.

What bugs me about BJ's example is not the fact that the 2nd example got 40 months etc(no sympathy for any drink driver) but that the first got effectively 'let-off'. If his career and livelihood are that important why did he continually do the same thing? If he's been caught that number of times you can guarantee that he normally drives over the speed limit.
