I can think of a couple of issues with this;

1) it'll mean queues in the gents and that just shouldn't happen.

2) after a few pints people are going to get carried away with the whole left and right thing and someone nearby is going to end up with a wet trouser leg.

Russell Howard summed up a potential problem with this. it could encourage the pub quiz machine mentality

"No! no! its C! Argentina!! oh for christ's sake give it here and let me do it!!"
Never mind the ball, get on with the game!!
