It always amuses me, this assumption that the people who have time to contribute witty and well thought out posts "have too much time on their hands". Is the art of writing and communicating suddenly been downgraded by today's tediously boring younger generation?

It is a well known fact that people who only contribute the odd brief post on here are in fact the modern breed of fat, socially inept youngsters who have no frineds, hence have nothing to say and nothing to write about, because all they do is eat pizza whilst watching Big Brother on their own, or eat pizza whilst playing computer games on their own, or eat pizza whilst watching dumb American kiddie films on their own.

Scientific fact is that.

I like it thin and crusty with loads of hot spices and garlic on it.

Can't stand the doughy cr*p with 18 tons of melted weak cheese and half a tomato. Tastes like baby food.

Pepperoni and jalapeno chillies.

Or anchovies and olives and jalapeno chillies.

Anything and jalapeno chillies, really.

Fried Mars Bar and jalapeno chillies.

Jalapenos are odd.

I've had some fantsatic pizzas where the jalapeno topping has been a challenge to eat because it was so firking hot.

Then you can order the same pizza again a month later and the jalapenos pack no punch whatsoever.

Anyone no why?

Possibly how long the jalapenos have been kept? I know they are also much hotter if you leave the seeds in.

Leaving the seeds in is not recommended but does make them dramtically hotter.

Jalapenos actually keep quite well although they will turn from green to red.

There is quite a wide variation in the hotness of Jalepenons (2,500 and 10,000 Scoville) depending on cultivation.

Yes.

A Diavola should be tongue pealing 10/10 that requires the diner to drink copious amounts of Peroni.
