Positive thread!!!

Post by Rizzo »

To counteract the doom and gloom on the other forum, I'm starting a thread where you can post positive things :smt003

Here are mine for today:
It's sunny.
I'm recovered from the lurgy I had over the weekend.
I've got fresh BRITISH strawberries for tea.
My mother-in-law is "only able to visit for an hour" today :yawinkle:

There's beer in the fridge and Gate Junior just said "I'd rather be in the Chellenge Cup next year because we can get tickets to see Tigers score lots of tries against Romanian teams". :smt003

The birds are singing a lot at the moment aren't they? It's good to hear, I think.

Nice idea Rizzo, as the Fans Forum is such a miserable place to be at the moment!

I had a really lovely long weekend, doing nothing in particular with my friends, having fun.

And it is lovely and sunny today... :smt001

It is indeed, John, another glorious day.

I've got washing fever, so I'm shoving curtains and things in the washing machine, they smell so much nicer when they're line-dried in the sun.
I've had a cup of real coffee and a danish for breakfast.
We're going to see The Progress (formerly Slo Progress) tonight for the MHT.

I wore a vest all day out in the sun yesterday, so now I've got a white vest-shape on my body and very red arms and neck. :smt003
Kicks and scrums and ruck and roll.....Is all my brain and body need!

Keep out of the sun today Kinny, I think it's hotter.

More positives:
The Progress Matt Hampson gig was very good, very funny in places, and raised a decent amount for Matt.
I haven't got to go to work today.
Ice cold diet coke is a definite positive :)

Positives for today:

The sun is still shining - this must be a record for consecutive days
It's only 2 & 1/2 hours until I go home
I start my new training programme at the gym tonight
It's the best beer garden weather
I'm buying food for a bbq tomorrow providing the weather stays the same!
