I'm a fairly opened minded guy when it comes to mental illness - lord knows, I pretty much have had to be.madoqua wrote:Tresco 'illness'????
Been there, still not fully right after 7 years.
You can see a broken arm or leg but a broken head???
Takes a certain kind of person to recognise mental illness.
Problem is, while I see mates dealing with all sorts of crippling problems I can't help but feel that Tresco had a severe case of 'bottling it'. I like the guy, I really do, but he has been playing high-profile county cricket all season and doing pretty well. If I was him I would retire from internationals and enjoy the remainder of his career.
