I feel great. Went to the Denist for the first time in 22 years, had a tooth removed, all pain has gone and the world is a nicer, shiny, happy place.

Also have missed any colds this winter, so far. Think three training sessions a week have helped. Only didn't train in the snow, had a snowball fight instead, very grown-up!

I feel really good as well, despite all those around me being ill. The only trouble is I have too much to do and shouldn't really be on this forum at all! Mind you, going to a concert at De Montfort Hall tonight, and that place is always so overheated that I'm bound to pick up something! Hold on, can't do that, I've got my husband with me.....

yep. But not big or clever. It hurt physically and financially!

However, I have now got an NHS Denist. result.

This sudden malaise only seems to affect people who are meant to be at work.

All the people who have booked skiing holidays are just raring to go and have no sign of sickliness.

Isn't that extraordinary?

The downside of working freelance. I can be a sick as you like, I can't give myself a day off if the work's there to be done. I'm bouncing with beans though anyway, bounce bounce bounce.

I'm with you on that one.

Came out the house at 6:20 this morning and the sky wasn't black!

It was a nice deep dark blue and on the Eastern horizon was the first signs of a dark plummy colour from the approaching sun.

WA-HEY!!!!

Is this you doing your Tigger impersonation, Alix?
I thought it was the Trill - it makes budgies bounce with health.

FP - am seeing the Philharmonia doing very loud Neilsen, Rachmaninov & Sibelius. Not everybody's cup of tea, but I like it.

I had a goldfish called Sibelius once, because Sibelius was a Fin.

I'm not ill, I'm just sneezing from the overpowering scent of the lilies in the other room. Mind you, my back is creaking a lot but that's just age.

I had a plant called Robert.
