my autograph book...

Post by mrsmoody »

after watching the world superbikes at brands today (on tv this time) it reminded me of all those times i used to go year in, year out...

and of 1999 when we had pit passes and i met all the riders (and carl fogarty's manager/ the ducati person picked me up and put me of foggy's bike! all the people around me were like :o :o was soooo cool! ive sat on one the best ever riders no1 bike!) and so i dug out my autograph book and its ractically full now, but i wonder how much it is worth... so i got a selection of the best see what you think...

none other than Mr Barry Sheane
carl fogarty
pier francesco chili (used to love him soo much! such a great guy!)
james toseland (when he was just 16... i think!)
neil hodgson
noir haga
troy corser
colin edwards (remember him?!).............

then rugby... (practically ll the leicester boys) johno, jason leonard, serge betsen, roger uttley, raphael ibanez (twice!), neil back, remi martin, wiggy, cockers, florence, simon shaw, grewcock, mike catt

i know that a lot of people would have these but any ideas? especially as barry sheane is now.. erm.. dead...

have you ever considered going onto a search engine and typing in "autograph collecting" or something like that cause it wouldn't surprise me if they had some sort of site dedicated to the art of autograph hunting. tinnernet has everything on it. you would need some kind of specialist to view it i guess cause target audience is gonna be pretty specialist, i think when most people think of autographs it would be of film stars or footballers.
