It's the Great British Beer Festival at Earls Court this week! I'll be going on Thursday, and propose to start with a pint of Tiger, then experiment with a vast number of brews with silly names so as to get into a hog-whimpering state, suffer a shocking hangover and spend all the next day guffing like the bottom of a stagnant pond.

Damn, I love beer. :D

Have fun there Gate... and keep away!

Try some Doom. It's really nice, and brewed just up the road from me. I drink it just so I can say pint of Doom please. No idea why but it just makes me smile...

When I go home I'm straight up to the stables to tend to my wife's horses because she's in Berlin with her son.

She just rang me. Apparently the Berlin Beer Festival is on, it looks really good, and they're going to spend the whole evening there.

NOT FAIR  NOT FAIR  NOT FAIR  NOT FAIR

I'm going to stamp my feet and hold my breath until I go purple now.

Damn it, first one in 4 years I've missed.

How was Earl's Court compared to Kensington Olympia?
