BT Sport

Post by Tom Tom »

I am not technical anyway and dont understand these things.

Can anyone help with this please?

I have had BT sport for a couple of months but am having problems keeping it connected for more that about 3 minutes.
I am using an iPad through to an Apple TV box into a Panasonic HD TV.
I have done a Broadband speed test this morning and I am getting 1.9Mbp/sec.
Does anyone have any answers please?
Trying to get any sense out of an BT Indian call centre (when you eventually get through at 5p/ minute) is a complete waste of time and money.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Your internet connection speed is a bit marginal.
Get a decent ADSL router (TP link made decent budget ones) and a filtered faceplate for your connection.

Better still get a sky subscription and BT infinity then you'll have no problem whatsoever. Or does your principles stop you from adding to Murdoch's millions?

And if fibre optic broadband isn't available?

For InGuinessVeritas if fibre optic connection is not yet available in your area I should start complaining like mad to the appropriate authorities, including Offcom. Unless of course you live in a cave (or is it (BierKeller) in the back of beyond when it will be 2030 before you're connected if you're lucky.
