Project Welford Questionairre

Post by ajs37 »

Just tried to complete this - trouble is that it insists that I must answer all questions - even though some are irrelevant - ie; it asked me if I was a season ticket holder - had I renewed etc - fine. It then insisted on asking me about the ticket office buying experience when I watched the Gloucester game - well I didn't have to phone or visit the ticket office, as I have a season ticket. Then it asks about my experience of bringing young children to the match - well I haven't bought any young children to the match - only older children!
I am concerned that conclusions will be drawn from this survey and future improvements / plans will be based on it - please sort it out!
Cheers

I had to give up because it doesn't list the Crumbie stand, and won't let you go past thst point without answering that question.

It does. I have no idea where that is, and do not wish to know.

Many happy years have been spent in the Crumbie. My daughters birth (v Sale) and several birthdays have been spent there, as well as many other weekends remarkable only for the Rugby, too.

I buy Selenium tablets and sometimes Ginger beer from Holland & Barrett. I watch Rugby from the lower terrace of a stand built by a fellow member, albeit deceased, called Tom Crumbie, and regard it as very rude to let his singular kindness be forgotten while enjoying the amenity he provided.
