Went through a very bad patch this morning.

Couldn't access any forums and would not log on (said I hadn't entered a password when I had). Seems to be OK now!

System now seems to be OK.

Which would seem to indicate the original problem was caused by a mis-handled software update.

Have sotic heard of beta testing?
