Viagogo not Working

I've tried several times trying to buy a ticket and i have put in all my details and everything but then it says this action cant be performed. Does anyone know why it isnt working and does anybody have a spare ticket in the caterpillar stand?

Response from the Club regarding tickets for Bath:

Via Go Go have now come back to us to say that Bath has been taken off sale, and they had no problems with the system. All I can suggest is that perhaps there was limited or low availability, but as this site is run entirely by Via Go Go,
