Tigers Website

Post by MR »

Does anyone else agree that iyts about time the website was kept a little more up to date.

Surely we could have updated it with at least a picture of our new coach and a brief resume of his notable achievements to date.

In the section at the time of writing it shows some Argentinian guy who didn't really go down to well.

Also the coaches section still shows Backy and Andy Key.
It must be realised these are now Ex of Leicester Tigers.
It doesn't take much
It would give a more proffesional image to the site.
I know your busy getting reday for the season but it is now some time since these people left.

The webpages clearly show that Neil Back, Marcelo are coaching staff for the season 2007/2008.

The new details of the Coaching Staff and players will be posted when squad pictures in the new colours are taken. They will be posted under a gallery for the 2008/2009 season.

Thanks for that.

Perhaps we're splashing out on a full handpainted watercolour of HM

Or is the reason for the 4 year deal that we should get your picture and profile on the website in this timescale.

Only a joke Mods. Dont rip my season ticket up.

And while we are on the subject of updating the website .....

I mentioned some weeks ago about the two fans polls on the site. The one on the front page is asking what Tigers best win of 2007 was? and the other one asks who will win the EDF cup ? - listing the semi finalists from 2 seasons ago.

Any updates? :smt017

Have just gone to read match report from today and there is a large list of foreign teams down the right side of 'the page' which obscures the text from the match report. Can't get rid of it.
Also, searching the memebrs list for a girl from work and you can only advance 4 pages before the whole thing freezes and the "go to page" tab doesn't work either. You can only search the list by clicking on each page at a time - no joke if you are searching for someone with the initials RF or KW!!
Gave up in the end. :smt011

Still having problems with the website. I clicked on post reply and instead it returns me to the fans forum index. Clicked on ppm - same thing happened and it still freezes after the 4th attempt at searching the members list. Can anybody in the technical dept help? There seem to be some gremlins. :smt100

It seems to be working okay for me at present. Is anyone else having problems? If so, or previous problems remain, please post and I'll report it.
