I don't think that you can you may just have to make a new account.

As far as I know you cannot change your username, you would have to re-register under a new one. I'll ask the Admin and see if it can be done by him, but I really don't think so.

Rizzo contacted me to ask if it is possible to change usernames and I've just told her how to do it.

Only moderators & admins can change people's usenames but it is possible to do.

Anjie, if you want to send me a PM with your new username, I will see if I can change it for you.

We do already have a user called Angelica ;)

Hello. I would like to report an identity theft! I am cornish tigress once upon a time Cornish Tiger who had to change her name because she got a new email. I have noticed that now there is a new Cornish_Tiger who seems to have been assigned all my old posts. That is very odd and a bit confusing for people. Should we get them taken off? How has a new person taken on my old identity when I couldn't? Spooky. :smt017

Alix, how do you mean, "been assigned your posts"? When I view those made by cornish_tiger they show up as a different user with a different email and different number of posts.

There are several versions of the username (Cornish Tiger, cornish_tiger, Cornish Tiger 07 and cornish tigress amongst them)
Your original "Cornish Tiger" (with capitals and no underscore) is still active, although it has your old email addy on it (I don't think the database will let you have two usernames with the same email addy.) Your new one is also active and doesn't seem to have merged with the new user cornish_tiger as far as I can see.

if you can elaborate on the problems you are having or how things appear to you, I'll see what I can do to sort them out.

Hi, thanks Rizzo. Go and look at the new CT's profile and then all his posts. If you click on any of the old ones they are all actually mine. Although I think only his actual posts are counting on his tally thing. Very weird.
