No it isn't you. I've had problems where I've tried to post and been told I cannot post again so soon - but I haven't posted previously for more than five minutes.
I suspect a gremlin. If it's still doing the same in an hour I'll report to Sotic.

ok, hope you manage to get everything sorted. Should be easy enough to solve, a quick reinstall should do it, thats what I used to do when messing woith PHPbb forums!

As a quick update it turned out to be one of the server clocks was out by 10 mins and was not getting the time syncs as it should have.
This was corrected on Friday and should have removed the problem.
