Suppose it makes sense from their perspective. The two remaining teams fighting for the last play-off place.
Don't forget they will be at Tigers and Sarries the following week, so they have to share it around, and I guess one or other will be at Twickers in the final.

Seems like the most obvious choice…and it feels like Tigers have had their fair share of the limelight this year.

Not sure about the coverage. I’ve seen a lot of Flats on the Lowdown this year and lost count of the times we get no comment at the end of our highlights. Sometimes think they've got nothing to say.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Nice to see Hurd get a chance. I was impressed with him in the cup. Heyes has been in the training promos, so hopefully he's fine.

Two strong sides but we should make it over the line. We've been top all season and I've got butterflies now as Wasps and Sarries will do everything to stop us staying there.

Blackett has named his side to face Leicester Tigers for our final Gallagher Premiership game of the season.
There are three personnel changes to the starting line-up from our Sale Sharks Gallagher Premiership clash. The team sees two players, Gopperth and Gaskell playing their final game in Black & Gold.
Paolo Odogwu returns to the starting line up at 14, joined by Josh Bassett at 11 and Ali Crossdale at full-back.
Sam Spink joins Jimmy Gopperth to form the centre partnership.
The half-back partnership remains unchanged with Dan Robson at scrum half and Charlie Atkinson at 10.
Brad Shields is joined in the back row by brothers Jack and Tom Willis.
Captain Joe Launchbury lines up alongside James Gaskell in the second row, whilst the front row remains unchanged with Tom West, Gabriel Oghre and Biyi Alo.
Alfie Barbeary is joined on the bench this weekend by Dan Frost, Robin Hislop, Elliot Millar-Mills, Vaea Fifita, Will Porter, Rob Miller and Malakai Fekitoa.

Interesting that we all thought our BP game has come on (it has to a certain degree massively) but we have the lowest number of BP in the top 5 and joint second lowest in the top 10!

Stats are slightly skewed by LBP of which we have 3 out of the only 4 matches we have lost. TBP wise Irish have 14, Quins and Saints have 13, Sarries have 12 and we have 11 along with Glos and Bristol.

Personally the BP tally doesn’t concern me. The games we have lost we’ve notched up a LBP in nearly all of them and out of the 19 we have won we have managed a TBP in 11

Also there is a possibility to get 2 bonus points when you lose and only 1 when you win, and given we have been winning a fair bit this would have limited us.
