Yeah, just checked stats (although they don’t paint a full picture) ,very even. Destroyed them in the scrum, but we had problems with restarts and discipline again with 2 yellow cards. The overriding memory though is smashing their scrum to pieces and it ending up like the Bristol game! Should we have gone for the draw off the tee? Trusted the maul? Took 3 earlier and played for the win? Who knows? It’s done now,but imo it was definitely a game lost rather than a Wasps win

Also wasn’t there a late penalty that should’ve been given to us on Ben Youngs but it was given the other way? Offside or maybe an illegal turnover, something happened very late, might have even been the last play of the game

As for “scrummaging” Wasps off the park: I very much doubt it: they’ve lost to teams like Lyon and messed up v Irish due to the backs losing the plot: they won’t v Tigers today as this is their biggest game of the season and they will want to do the double.
Again, as I’ve messaged earlier, at The Ricoh, a full strength Tigers’ pack got bullied out of the game in the second half. I hope I’m wrong but this will be a very tight game.
I don't remember us being bullied at all. I remember Wasps getting their only try via lucky deflection and then not troubling our tryline thereafter. The Wasps defence was exceptional and Gopperth kick points well to edge them in front and get them the win.

We need to be clinical which we certainly weren't at the Ricoh. Keep the discipline and make the most of our chances.

Great start! Poor show on here though,it wasn’t as if it was a last minute glitch. It’s been like this for 2/3 days now!

Great start, lads look sharp. Porter looking very impressive and took his try very well. Scrum is a bit of a lottery and a few errors have cost us but so far looking good.

A couple of interjections from Kitt so far, both correct for me and he hasn’t been overly keen to jump in unless necessary

Errors and Wasps pressure. Poor kick by Ford to miss the 3. Otherwise no score for over 30 min.. stays 7-0. At least Glos are beating Sarries 21-0!!

Great first 10, Scrappy final 30 with errors killing the momentum. Need to improve on that against Saints for sure

Has our game forgot that you’re allowed to score points?!

He has looked and is pure class. I hope we offer him a contract and soon.

Kitty on the other hand should be banned from being part of anything to do with Tigers. His bias agai st us is just too obvious. Either that or he is just completely incompent, but it seems more bias to me. Potters tackle was under the arm not on the head. I would have put money on us scoring from that position too.

Looks like we’ve nailed top spot then but need to improve drastically if we are going to win this outright,we’ve gone backwards towards the end of the season if anything
