Odds on Porter or Potter getting a phone call may be shortening.

Could definitely see someone like Porter and his versatility being admired by EJ...
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Yes. Chick wasn’t terrible today, and I desperately hope that we don’t see Curry or Ludlam at 8. Barbeary might get called up, and Earl may find himself a spot - not that we need any more 7s!
Sam Simmonds will be in the mix too. Don’t be surprised if Eddie goes 6.Lawes 7.Underhill 8.Curry though!
Sam Simmonds is injured I think. After bks lukewarm performance today Underhill will be lucky to be on the plane, there's a plethora of backrow options to pick from particularly at openside.

We could see a recall for Earl or Ludlum as they cover the entire backrow.

I understand people don’t like his histrionics but if Earl isn’t on that plane there is a big problem

More worryingly one of the match reports after Saturday stated that Porter was attracting interest from Australia, implying the Super Rugby sides were after his services.

And in response he turned them down because he wants to stay here :smt023

The irony about Porter touring Aus with England after he signed a new contract with Tigers.

Happy for Porter he absolutely deserves his success and hopefully bodes well for him being a Tiger long term.

Billy V is a well deserved call up, he looks back to play near his best again. No Ben Earl is quite surprising given how well he has been playing and I did think Louis Lynagh might get a go in the squad.

Both JVP and Porter deserve there spots, Kelly surely would have been in if not injured.

Ewels, Underhill, Ludlam, Willis and Hill still make it but clearly not up to scratch.

Porter in at centre is a must as there is little other invention in that set of backs.

See the Aussies giving Eddie and his mates a good drubbing.

I have a feeling EJ doesn’t want an odd live wire like Earls around the squad.

Isn’t Porter a dyed in the wool Aussie? I’m surprised at that one. I know he was born in London, but….
