When you look at how many back rowers we have used I don't see why there wouldn't be space for him really.

Agreed. Injuries, suspensions and call ups happen. Borthwick likes to rotate and we don't like sending out key players to the PRC. There will be chances for him.

4. Wells, Chessum, Manz
5. Green, Snyman, Henderson
6. Liebenburg, Martin, Agbongbon
7. MVS, Reffell, Ilione
8. Weise, Cracknell, Jansen

Looks a good mix to me.

I’m not sure, he’s liked a few comments that say things along the lines of “looking forward to seeing you more in the Tigers 6 shirt next season”.

Not sure he’d like them if he was off?

Could just be me, but I think Tomiwa will be staying around with Tigers next season. I hope so anyway!
Let’s hope that’s the case.

I remember making the trip to Llanelli in the early to mid 90s to watch Rupert Moon (the cousin of a friend of mine) play when that team were a real force...
Rupert Moon played his formative rugby at Queen Mary’s Walsall and Walsall Rugby Club … I know as played against him many times at a junior level …. About as Welsh as Kevin Pieterson is English 🤣
One of my claims to fame is that I played rugby with Rupert and Richard Moon at Walsall. Their dad, Henry, was a stalwart member of Walsall RFC. They celebrate their centenary next season. Hoping to go along to an event
If that’s the case I played against you 👍 Lichfield RFC and Lichfield Friary Grange - same age group as Rupert. I was doing the dirty work 😂

Aren’t we rumoured to be signing Odiase. Couldn’t blame Tomiwa for wanting to leave as even in the PRC he’d struggle for game time.

Is Manz a realistic option at 6? Genuinely I don't know I just got the impression he was quite a bit unit and a specialist lock.

Yeah he’s a lock primarily but can cover 6. Just pointing out that even in the PRC next season, Tomiwa probably would struggle for minutes on the pitch.

Perhaps. Chessum will likely be with England, Borthwick won't risk any of the first team locks as per this season and if he's fit and firing then Henderson may well be with Scotland again. Manz and Chessum Jnr would likely be in the row then and Agbongbon, Ilione and Jansen makes sense as a backrow. Cracknell might come in for experience which could push him to the bench but that is all based on no injuries.

The Italian lad may well be a talent but unsure if that will mean he makes a splash in his first season. New country, how good is he at speaking the language etc can all be troublesome to settling straight in.

Manz would be a monstrous 6. He's 6,6 18+ stone already isn't he and still growing. Will most definitely end up in the row

Depends what Agbongbon wants, if he wants to be playing most weeks then he won’t be getting that at Tigers. Could go Nottingham and we could keep tabs on him.

Which Manz we talking about I suppose is the question as the Tigers website has Tom Manz at 6ft8 and well over 18 stone, description is just lock. His younger brother I think is more of a hybrid but could be wrong.

Yah, I mean, hi dude, like what's with this "row" jive, man? I mean, it's not like it's the first time I've seen it but, well, um, you know "The" row? I thought there were two.

Three rows I thought, front, second and back?
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.
