However, it is possible for Sarries to steal top spot. So, onwards and upwards - we need another 7 to be 100% certain

Toulouse 23 La Rochelle 16, so Toulouse sneak into the top 6. Away to Brive on May 21st and then home to already relegated Biarritz should see Toulouse make the play-offs.Robespierre wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 8:35 pmCracking game! After 26 minutes it’s 14/10 to Toulouse !
All the weekend's results will be in the French rugby thread on Monday.

Every team to win so far this weekend has done it with a TBP, only one has had a LBP (Quins), you do have to think with no relegation that some clubs are easing the foot off the gas a tad.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

You've got to feel sorry for Bath though, haven't you? Just a little bit? That was us a couple of seasons back.OakhamTiger32 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 10:47 pm It's been said previously but only just seen today's results so I can't visit here without saying...

You know what, I don't think we were as bad as Bath are now tbh, even in the darkest timesBig Dai wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 9:26 amYou've got to feel sorry for Bath though, haven't you? Yes and there’s going to be some interesting team selections from side’s fighting on multiple fronts. Gloucester have Quins and Saracens …can see weakened sides being out and other’s benefiting.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 9:16 am Every team to win so far this weekend has done it with a TBP, only one has had a LBP (Quins), you do have to think with no relegation that some clubs are easing the foot off the gas a tad.

Why? They weren't exactly sympathetic to us in our dark times...Big Dai wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 9:26 amYou've got to feel sorry for Bath though, haven't you? Just a little bit? No, not that one!
Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...
I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Yeah......you're right. I had a moment's fit of conscience over the hangover cure coffee, eggs and bacon......but it passed.Crofty wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 10:35 amWhy? Good to hear, happens to us all (my attitude may have been hardened by the years of nonsense I've been getting from a Bath fan and the Glaswegians I work among given they were the the two who took greatest advantage in our banter years)...
