Someone on Twitter asked if it is actually a rule that you can't play in the knockouts unless you appeared in at least one group game?
May explain the lack of Henderson in the team?

Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

Looking at the strength of that LI team selection they are clearly throwing everything save the kitchen sink at this game. Its going to be a tough ask to beat them but I am certain all the Tigers that take the pitch will give their all.
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

Does the winner of the PRC go automatically into the champions cup next season?

Almost. There's a few 2nd and 3rd choice players in there. Also Arundell is stellar in attack, but big ball carriers like Saumaki and Murimurivalu could expose his defensive weaknesses too.
Key could well be the scrum, and whether Whitcombe can get dominance over their tight head Ciaran Parker who, although he is 26, has only had the 2 starts in the PRC to show for his time at Munster, Leinster and Irish (and probably why Hoskins is waiting on the bench!).

Has Henderson been pictured training yet. I thought he had.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 2:37 pmHenderson comes in to lock.Tiglon wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 2:30 pmMakes sense. Jansen surely won't feature in all three games, so if Wiese is back in the XV with Hanro, with Wells covering as backup from bench or from lock, and Robinson either at 7 or on the bench then at least one of Refell, MVS or Martin will be needed?voice of the crumbie wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 1:41 pm The fact that Jansen is playing would seem to suggest that one of our rested or injured back rowers is returning to the squad for Bristol.
Wells covers backrow if Reffell is injured
Lots of squad management to consider. Given the congested run in, if he is fit, I wouldn't be surprised to see Green or Snyman rested this weekend with Henderson on the bench.

And he's straight into the starting team, with Dell (a sub) out injured
