Something Eddie Jones does a lot of - football, cricket, basketball etc. Always looking at different aspects of leadership, tactics etc and taking what he can from other sports. I guess some would cynically say that it clearly hasn't worked. In Quins case, it's a good photo opportunity if nothing else.
