For me he is now the best hooker I have seen in a Tigers shirt in nearly 50 years, surpassing the great Peter BRACE Wheeler, and that is saying something

if there is a better hooker than JM in World Rugby, would love to see him play..

Giving Kelly a leadership role, might make him concentrate more on his role - take on some responsibility, which hopefully will in turn to him stop the 'arm waving' histrionics.
