That's weird. Almost the same thing happened in a branch of Tesco in Ireland and the guy was allowed back in there to do his shopping the next week. No, you’re wrong. The Ireland incident was when the bloke deliberately swerved round the aforesaid lady and hurled himself at his friend, hitting him just under his nose, but the trolley rode up and took his head off. Result was as you described though
